1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using GoogleReviewBoost.app ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this service. These terms apply to all visitors and customers, including those using the free Google review link generator and those purchasing paid review packages.

2. Description of Service

Google Review Boost provides two categories of service:

• Free Google Review Link Generator: A tool that searches Google Places and generates a direct review link for your business — no account or payment required.
• Paid Google Review Packages: A service where we deliver Google reviews to your Business Profile from real-looking Google accounts. These are one-time purchases processed through Stripe.

We do not offer email marketing tools, review campaign management, subscription plans, or any automated outreach service. All paid orders are one-time purchases.

3. Free Review Link Generator

The Google review link generator is provided free of charge and requires no account. We query the Google Places API using the business name you enter to locate your listing and generate a direct review link. No data you enter is retained beyond your current session.

4. Paid Review Orders

4.1 Order Eligibility

To place an order you must be 18 years of age or older and provide accurate business and contact details. You are responsible for ensuring that the Google Business Profile URL you submit belongs to a business you own or manage.

4.2 Order Process

Orders are placed through the purchase form on our website. Upon successful payment, we begin processing your order and send a confirmation email. Reviews are delivered gradually at the speed you select at checkout.

4.3 Risk Acknowledgment

Purchasing reviews is against Google's Terms of Service. By placing an order, you acknowledge this risk and accept full responsibility for any consequences affecting your Google Business Profile, including review removal, profile restrictions, or account suspension by Google. Google Review Boost bears no liability for any action taken by Google against your listing.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 One-Time Purchases

All paid review packages are one-time purchases. There are no recurring subscriptions or automatic charges. You pay once per order and are charged only the amount displayed at checkout.

5.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your card details on our servers — all payment data is handled directly by Stripe under their PCI-compliant infrastructure.

5.3 Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not issue monetary refunds once an order has been confirmed and payment processed. If we are unable to fulfil your order (for example, if your business cannot be found on Google Maps), we will issue a full refund as an exception. Our obligation under the 14-day refill guarantee described in Section 6 is limited strictly to replacement reviews — not monetary compensation.

6. Review Delivery, Guarantees & Disclaimers

6.1 Google Controls the Review System

Google operates its own independent automated moderation systems for reviews. These systems may delay, filter, suppress, or permanently remove any review at any time — including reviews we deliver — entirely at Google's discretion. Such actions are completely outside Google Review Boost's control. We have no ability to restore, reinstate, or prevent the removal of reviews once Google's systems act on them.

By placing an order, you accept and acknowledge this inherent risk. Review removal by Google does not constitute a failure of service on our part unless it occurs within the 14-day guarantee window described below.

6.2 14-Day Refill Guarantee (Auto-Generated Orders Only)

Orders fulfilled using our auto-generated review content are covered by a 14-day refill guarantee. If reviews are removed by Google's automated systems within 14 days of confirmed delivery, you may contact us with your Payment ID to request complimentary replacement reviews. This guarantee is subject to the following conditions:

• The refill request must be submitted within 14 days of the original delivery confirmation email.
• Removal must be attributable to Google's automated moderation — not to any action taken by you or a third party (e.g., flagging your own reviews, closing or suspending your Google Business Profile).
• The guarantee applies on a best-efforts basis and does not guarantee a specific review count will be maintained at all times.
• We reserve the right to assess eligibility on a case-by-case basis.

6.3 Custom Content Orders — Guarantee Exclusion

Orders where you supply your own review text ("custom content orders") are not covered by the 14-day refill guarantee. Because Google Review Boost did not author the content, we cannot warrant its suitability or predict how Google's moderation systems will respond to it. You accept full responsibility for any content you submit and its outcome. This exclusion is disclosed at checkout and acknowledged as part of your order.

6.4 No Guarantee of Permanent Posting

Google Review Boost does not guarantee that any review will remain live on Google indefinitely. Google retains the right to remove or suppress any review at any time. Our service is to deliver reviews in good faith; their long-term persistence is governed entirely by Google's policies, which are beyond our control and may change without notice.

7. Acceptable Use

7.1 Permitted Use

You may use our service to:

• Generate a Google review link for your own business using the free tool
• Purchase Google review packages for a business you own or are authorised to manage

7.2 Prohibited Use

You may not use our service to:

• Purchase reviews for a business you do not own or have authority to manage
• Provide false, inaccurate, or misleading business information
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or data
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights
• Use the service for any illegal or fraudulent purpose

8. Intellectual Property

The service, its content, and its software are owned by Google Review Boost and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the service without our express written permission.

9. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information and is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Google Review Boost shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service — including any action taken by Google against your Business Profile, any loss of reviews, or any impact on your business reputation or search rankings.

Our total liability for any claim arising from a specific order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Google Review Boost from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.

12. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance or other operational reasons without prior notice.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
