By accessing and using GoogleReviewBoost ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

GoogleReviewBoost is a platform that helps businesses generate Google review links and send automated review requests to their customers. Our service includes:

• Google review link generation
• Email template management
• Customer email list management
• Review campaign analytics
• Email scheduling and automation

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use our service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

4.1 Permitted Use

You may use our service to:

• Send review requests to customers who have had legitimate business interactions with you
• Generate Google review links for your own business
• Manage your customer email lists for review purposes
• Track and analyze your review campaign performance

4.2 Prohibited Use

You may not use our service to:

• Send spam or unsolicited emails
• Generate fake or fraudulent reviews
• Send review requests to people who haven't used your services
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Subscription Fees

Our service is offered on a subscription basis. Fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law or as specified in our refund policy.

5.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable fees.

5.3 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Price changes will be communicated to existing subscribers with at least 30 days notice.

6. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by GoogleReviewBoost and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the service, to understand our practices.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons.

9. Review Delivery Policy & Guarantees

9.1 Third-Party Platform Moderation

Google and other review platforms operate independent automated moderation systems. These systems may occasionally delay, filter, or remove reviews at any time and entirely at their own discretion. Such actions are outside Google Review Boost's control and do not constitute a failure of service on our part. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this inherent risk.

9.2 30-Day Refill Guarantee (Auto-Generated Orders)

Orders fulfilled using our auto-generated review content are covered by a 30-day refill guarantee. If reviews are removed by Google's automated systems within 30 days of confirmed delivery, you may contact us with your Payment ID to request a complimentary top-up. This guarantee is subject to the following conditions:

• The request must be made within 30 days of the original delivery confirmation email.
• Removal must be attributable to Google's moderation, not to any action taken by you or a third party (e.g., reporting your own reviews, closing or suspending your Google Business Profile).
• The guarantee applies on a best-efforts basis and does not constitute a contractual obligation to achieve a specific review count at all times.
• We reserve the right to assess eligibility on a case-by-case basis.

9.3 Custom Content Orders — Guarantee Exclusion

Orders where you supply your own review text ("custom content orders") are not covered by the 30-day refill guarantee. Because Google Review Boost did not author the content, we cannot warrant its compliance with platform policies or predict how Google's moderation systems will respond to it. You accept full responsibility for the suitability and outcome of custom review content submitted through our platform. This exclusion is communicated at checkout and acknowledged as part of your order.

9.4 No Guarantee of Permanent Posting

Google Review Boost does not guarantee that any review will remain live on Google indefinitely. Google retains the right to remove or suppress any review at any time. Our service is to deliver reviews in good faith; their long-term persistence is subject to Google's policies, which are beyond our control and may change without notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoogleReviewBoost shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GoogleReviewBoost from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

12. Termination

12.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account termination features in your account settings.

12.2 Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the service. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
