Placing an Order

How do I place an order?

Click any "Buy Reviews" button on the homepage, choose your package (High or Premium quality), fill in your business details and Google Maps link, then complete payment. Reviews start within 24–48 hours.

Do I need to create an account to order?

No account is required to place an order and pay. You can sign up after purchase using the same email address to track your order status in your dashboard.

What information do I need to provide?

Your business name, Google Maps review link, the rating you want (1–5 stars), delivery speed preference, and your contact email. Optionally you can provide custom review text.

Can I provide my own review content?

Yes — select "Provide Custom Review Content" in the order form and paste your review texts. Note: the 30-day refill guarantee does not apply to custom content orders.

Delivery & Timing

When will my reviews start appearing?

Reviews typically begin appearing within 24–48 hours of your order being confirmed. Exact timing depends on the delivery speed you selected.

What are the delivery speed options?

We offer four speeds: Ultra Safe (1 review every 5 days), Safe (1 every 3 days), Standard (1 per day), and Fast (2 per day). Slower speeds are safer and more natural-looking.

Do all reviews arrive at once?

No — reviews are posted gradually at your chosen speed to appear natural. Mass-posting would look suspicious and is not how we operate.

What is the difference between High Quality and Premium Quality?

High Quality reviews use real-looking profiles with photos and activity, delivered gradually. Premium Quality uses higher-authority profiles with geo-targeted delivery from your local area and manual expert posting for the highest retention rate.

Guarantee & Replacements

What is the 30-day replacement guarantee?

If any review is removed by Google within 30 days of delivery, we replace it for free. This applies to all High Quality and Premium Quality auto-generated review orders.

Does the guarantee apply to custom review orders?

No — the 30-day replacement guarantee does not apply to orders with custom review content provided by the customer.

What if I need a refund?

If we are unable to deliver your reviews, you are entitled to a full refund. Contact our support team with your Payment ID and we will resolve it promptly.

Tracking Your Order

How do I track my order?

Sign in or create a free account using the same email address you used when ordering. Go to "My Orders" in the top menu to see your order status (Processing, Completed, or Refunded).

Will I receive email updates?

Yes — you receive a confirmation email immediately after payment. When your order is marked complete, you receive another email notifying you that your reviews are live.

Where is my Payment ID?

Your Payment ID is included in your confirmation email. It looks like "pi_..." — keep it handy if you ever need to contact support about your order.

Safety & Privacy

Is this safe for my Google Business Profile?

We use gradual delivery speeds and genuine-looking profiles to minimise any risk. Choosing slower delivery speeds (Ultra Safe or Safe) gives you maximum protection. However, purchasing reviews is against Google's Terms of Service — use at your own discretion.

Will Google know I bought reviews?

Our reviews are posted from real-looking accounts with natural activity patterns. There is no way to distinguish them from organic reviews when delivered gradually.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes — all payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. We never store your card details.

Account & Billing

How do I sign in to see my orders?

Click "Sign in" in the top right corner. Use the same email address you provided when ordering. If you don't have a password yet, click "Sign up" to create a free account with that email.

I paid but my order isn't showing in My Orders.

Make sure you are signed in with the same email address used at checkout. If it still doesn't appear, contact support with your Payment ID.

Can I order for multiple businesses?

Yes — simply place a separate order for each business location. Each order is tracked independently in your dashboard.
